Online Learning at Brit College
As part of its commitment to widening access and participation in higher education, Brit College is considering offering a range of Online Learning Programmes and short training courses.
Online Learning programmes would be delivered by Distance Learning or Flexible/Blended Learning options. The Distance Learning programmes would be online only programmes available to the UK and international students. The Flexible/Blended Learning programmes would combine online and offline learning and be available to UK/Home students and international students via a short-stay study visa.
The College is considering offering Online Programmes in the following areas:
- Business and Management
- Travel and Tourism
- Health and Social Care
- Education and Training
- Access to Higher Education
The College is considering a range of higher education courses from 3 months to 1 academic year in duration, at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate level. These programmes would not be eligible for funding by the Student Loans Company but would provide an affordable self-funded alternative with flexible payment options.
Access to Higher Education
The College is also considering offering a range of short training courses at level 3 to give students the opportunity to obtain the necessary qualifications, academic experience and English Language skills needed to access higher education (level 4) programmes. These courses could be studied by flexible or blended learning.
The College is considering offering short courses in the following areas:
- English for Academic Purposes
- ESOL
- Employability Skills
- Business and Technology
